Y Tylwyth is a detached family home housing a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room, study and a games room. Appliances include a range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and for entertainment there are two Smarts TVs, TV, pool table, darts and WiFi. The bedrooms include a super-king-size with en-suite shower, three king-size, and a twin, served by two bathrooms. To the outside is an enclosed tiered garden with rooftop terrace and furniture and ample off-road parking. Within 1.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note, one pet is welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in rent. There is also a travel cot and highchair. Y Tylwyth has it all.

The area is full of wooded vales rocky slopes and mountain lakes sandy beaches attractions history and culture. The perfect romantic retreat with something to do all year round. On the ground floor you will also find the stylish shower room with shower and WC treat yourself to a leisurely shower before heading upstairs to the first floor. This spacious bedroom has quality linen a king-size bed Smart TV with standard Sky package comfy chairs and views to the front and rear of the property towards the mountains this truly is a lovely space to wake up in. This end of terrace house benefits from the elevated position with views over the village and towards the mountains and aqueduct in the distance.
