Devon Holiday Cottages

If you are looking for a holiday destination with beautiful scenery, picturesque villages, good restaurants and a relaxed atmosphere, Devon has it all. It is one of the largest counties in England and has a variety of landscapes.

North Devon has a rugged coastline blended with fine sandy beaches that delight both bathers and surfers. Ilfracombe is the largest seaside resort in the North but the holiday cottages tend to be in the smaller towns and villages. Highlights of North Devon include the beaches at Croyde and Braunton or the beautiful village of Clovelly.

The South of Devon is less rugged with sheltered coves and river valleys. South Devon is Torbay, the home of Torquay and Paignton, often referred to as the English Riviera, well known as a holiday destination since it's transformation in the Victorian era when it became fashionable to visit the seaside. Other highlights of South Devon include the historic port of Dartmouth or the picturesque town of Salcombe.

The Devon countryside contrasts from the gentle rolling hills of the South Hams to the untamed beauty of the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor.

Holiday Homes in Devon come in all shapes and sizes suitable for a range of tastes and budgets. We advertise traditional thatched cottages, converted farm cottages and brand new plush apartments. The majority of the cottages we advertise in Devon are available through national booking sites or local agents.
