Bryn y Mor is a delightful holiday house near Borth y Gest on the Llyn Peninsula. Not only does it have spectacular views and a glorious garden, but the house is bursting with happiness. Every room is full of interesting surprises - the rug in the sitting room, the tiny bathroom with room for a shower as well, the little library room, the tiles, the colours - we're gushing, but we really feel very privileged to have such a home in our portfolio. "With such dazzling seaviews, it's no wonder guests return time & again to this happy, seaside house." A path from the garden leads down to two beaches - Samson's Cove and Garreg Cnwc. The night sky in the winter must be fantastic, as there is little or no light pollution here. Bryn y Mor was even featured on the S4C programme 04Wal. All in all, a very charming holiday house in this pretty corner of North Wales.

A great little conversion offering a bright, contemporary holiday home and all of Criccieth's delights within easy walking distance. "Once a school house, then a bakehouse, now converted to a great holiday cottage close to the beach, Castle and the famous Cadwalader's ice cream shop!" The spacious kitchen has an electric oven and hob, washer/drier, fridge with ice compartment, microwave and toaster. There is a dining table and chairs. A door leads out to a delightful wooden clad private little nook with garden furniture. The large sitting room has sofas, an electric log effect burner with remote control and large flat screen TV, DVD. There are stairs from the sitting room which lead up to the two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other is a double (4ft) with single bunk over the top. The bathroom has a short bath with shower over (limited headroom), loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The front courtyard has planters and shared pathway access to Castle Street. It can therefore be used for access by neighbours on occasion. The stairs are quite narrow and a little steep. Criccieth has retained it's lovely laid back seaside charm with its lovely beach and, of course, the Castle. There are excellent places to eat from simple fish and chips to gourmet dining. You won't find any chain stores here, just unique, individual and interesting little shops in addition to the essential post office and convenience shops. A little further afield is Porthmadog where you can access both the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways and the mountains of Snowdonia.

Awelon is a bright holiday bungalow which has been designed to maximise the internal space. The bedrooms are at the front of the bungalow so that the open-plan living area can benefit from floor-to-ceiling windows which boast beautiful views and let in plenty of light. Sitting in peaceful countryside near Hell's Mouth on the Ll?n Peninsula, Awelon makes for a fab family holiday base for a break in North Wales. The open plan living space is bright and so cheerful! Its large windows give you the sense of having the outdoors, indoors. The large corner sofa is squishy and comfy and thereﾒs a separate chair set around aTV with DVD player and woodburning stove. Next to the seating area is a small, but perfectly formed, dining area with enough seating for four people. The modern kitchen has a gorgeous Belfast sink, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine for that essential morning cuppa. There is a separate utility area through the bathroom housing the washer/dryer. The bedrooms are made up of a double room with king size bed, wardrobe and a patio door that leads directly to the front of the cottage. There is a second, spacious twin room with wardrobe. The main bathroom is, in fact, a wet room with overhead waterfall shower head and separate handheld option. Thereﾒs also a hand basin, loo and heated towel radiator. At the back of Awelon thereﾒs a large garden with a sweet little sunhouse, furnished with comfy sofa and bean bag chairs perfect for relaxing in the sunshine! There is also off road parking for two cars. If you you want to explore the area, weﾒd recommend a trip to Aberdaron which has a sandy beach, shops and cafes. Thereﾒs also a National Trust centre just next to the beach where you can learn about the history and wildlife of the Ll?n Peninsula. Walkers can stroll along the coastal footpath to Porth Meudwy where you can catch a boat to Bardsey Island! Youﾒre also a couple of miles from the sandy shores of Hells Mouth Beach (Porth Neigwl as the locals call it) - you really will be spoilt for choice!

What a fabulous holiday cottage! St Agnes stands in the most stunning location and every room enjoys breathtaking views along the coastline and across the bay to Cnicht, ﾑthe Welsh Matterhorn'. So much care and thought has gone into the refurbishment of this delightful terraced house. "We love Borth y Gest - St Agnes looks across the pretty little bay with some wonderful beaches just round the corner." A short stroll takes you to a delightful sandy cove, known locally by some as ﾑSian's Cove' (Sian owns St Agnes!). Borth Y Guest has a good restaurant and a lovely cafe on the front. A short drive or a reasonable walk away is Porthmadog, which has interesting shops and galleries, and restaurants - try Yr Hen Fecws or The Ship. You can ride on the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railways, or venture into the mountains of Snowdonia. Whether it is early morning or the end of a busy day it is so relaxing to watch the ebb and flow of the tide in this pretty half moon bay.
