Pennylands Hill View Lodge is a detached timber lodge, set in three acres within the grounds of the owners' B&B, with fabulous views over this unspoilt part of Worcestershire just outside the delightful Cotswold village of Broadway, and has been featured on the Home Channel TV programme, 'My Flatpack Home'. The single storey cottage has two double bedrooms (one of them with a king-size bed which can be a twin on request), and a shower room making it ideal for two couples. The cottage also boasts an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner-effect electric fire. Outside the lodge is a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as plenty of secure parking and bike storage. Being located in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold countryside, Pennylands Hill View Lodge is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday. Note: Children up to 6 months or over 12 years only. For the enthusiastic walkers or cyclists there are a wealth of way marked paths weaving their way throughout the many hamlets and countryside. Optional guided walks by local experienced walk leader can be tailor-made to suit your requirements. Broadway is just 2 miles away with its traditional High Street with an eclectic mix of antique dealers independent boutiques cafes and restaurants. Further afield are Stratford upon Avon Shakespeare s birthplace Warwick with the finest medieval castle in England and Cheltenham famous for the races and many other festivals throughout the year. There are also many National Trust properties and gardens which include Snowshill Manor Hidcote Manor Gardens and Chedworth Roman Villas. When entering the open planned lounge/kitchen/diner you will be greeted with wood burner and seating area dining table together with TV/DVD/CD and doors leading to the outside area. The property benefits from a well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher (washing machine and tumble dryer available by arrangement).
