This stylish character property is located in the heart of the village of Sway with enviable access to the coast and the stunning landscape of the New Forest National Park. Ideally situated for all manner of outdoor pursuits there is a wide network of walking and cycling routes nearby often taking in one of the many country pubs. The village centre offers a good selection of local amenities or take a trip into the coastal town of Lymington where you will find quaint cobbled streets boutiques cafes and restaurants and a pretty harbour. From here you can take a boat trip and try your hand at mackerel fishing or perhaps visit the Isle of Wight on the ferry. Step up from the street to the main entrance of this semi-detached property. Just inside the door is a useful separate WC which you pass before finding the stunning lounge which is bathed in natural light and has a wood burner and Smart TV for those cosy nights in. The first basket of logs are provided for the wood burner 5 per basket thereafter. A step up takes you into the dining room where there is space for leisurely family meals with the doors thrown open to the garden or remove the table top and enjoy a game of pool. The contemporary kitchen is just next door and is well-equipped with an electric oven and gas hob fridge freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Heading back into the hallway you will find a cosy twin bedroom (which can be made up as a king size on request) adjacent to this bedroom you will find a shower room and a staircase rising to the first floor. When the day is done tuck up in the enticing super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Also on this floor are two further super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) one with a Juliet balcony and both sharing the Jack and Jill style bathroom with WC. Heading outside from the kitchen or dining room you will find a generous garden with hot tub furniture a gas BBQ and an enclosed lawn ideal for your four legged friends. There are two roadside parking spaces in front of the cottage. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 3 super king size zip and link (which can be made up as twins on request) and 1 twin room (which can be made up a king size on request, must be stated at the time of booking). 1 Jack and Jill style bathroom, 1 en suite shower room and 1 downstairs shower room with WC . Electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Electric and central heating included. 2 roadside parking spaces available. Wi Fi included. Wood burner (first basket of logs included, 5 per basket thereafter). 4 medium dogs welcome. Beach 5 miles, pub and shop within walking distance. Gas BBQ available. Smart TV s in lounge and bedrooms. Hot tub available 08:00 22:00 (auto switch off at 10pm). If the hot tub requires a mid stay clean there will be a 50 surcharge. 5pm arrival time.
