The farm is located at the foot of Pontesford Hill which is a nature reserve perfect for walking and cycling. The village of Pontesbury benefits from a variety of shops pubs and restaurants to enjoy. The area has easy access onto the national cycle route and an array of countryside walks. For the golfer the local club is a short drive away and in easy reach of Hawkstone Park. Visit National Trust s Attingham Park or Powis Castle. Church Stretton and Shrewsbury are also short drive offering shops pubs and restaurants. Walk the Long Mynd go paragliding or just enjoy the town in Church Stretton. Mediaeval Shrewsbury is located within a loop of the River Severn and renowned for its castle timber framed buildings theatre eateries and events. The property is on the owner s farm though privacy is assured. When entering the property on the ground level you will find the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with high ceiling feature fireplace and period shutters. If you decide to eat in the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge it is a lovely space to be in to rustle up a meal even the washing up is a pleasure with views over the garden from the sink.
