Historical places of interest include Forde Abbey and Gardens, Montacute House and Tintinhull House. For keen shoppers, there is Clarks Village, the factory retail outlet at Street.To the south is the beautiful Jurassic Coast to take in, calling in at the ‘Jewel of the Crown’ of Dorset, Lyme Regis, with its great harbour, The Cobb, and beach. Visit Seaton, with its wonderful tram railway, the donkey sanctuary at Sidmouth and wander around the beautiful area of Beer and Branscombe.
