The property is Grade II listed and one of the oldest in the town, yet despite having being wonderfully renovated, it still retains many of its delightful, period features. There are four bedrooms; two double rooms, a single bedroom and a room with adult bunk beds, plus a shower room. Downstairs, there is an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area opening into the small, gravel garden, as well as a sitting area with a cosy woodburner. Outside, the garden has furniture where you can enjoy meals in the summer and there is also a parking permit provided for one car in the church car park over the road. With Norfolk's heritage coastline so close, as well as many heritage houses and country parks to explore, Poet's Corner is a wonderful family destination.

Moving into the kitchen/diner you will find a charming dining area which seats six guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with a large range-style electric oven with gas hob and extractor washing machine dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave and radio. There is also a ground-floor WC. Exploring further you will find a lovely garden room with sliding glass doors which overlooks the garden and which offers a lovely space to unwind in with a radio/CD and iPod dock. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There s a double room with a king-size bed plenty of storage space and an en-suite shower room complete with freestanding shower and WC. There s also a twin room and a single room. You will also find a family bathroom complete with a bath hand held shower and WC. Stepping outside you can relax in the fully enclosed paved garden with garden furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars: there s space for one car in the garage and also a designated space opposite the garage.

All of the town s shops restaurants and pubs are within strolling distance just a few hundred metres away making it easy to pop out at any time for lunch dinner or just coffee. The picturesque North Norfolk coastline lies just four miles away and offers everything from wide sandy beaches such as those at Holkham Bay and Wells-next-the-Sea to wildlife reserves and scenic seaside walks. This charming cottage has been given a lot of care and attention over the years to create an attractive holiday retreat which has been simply yet elegantly finished throughout. The lounge for example is a lovely light-filled room with comfortable sofa-seating as well as a cosy wood burner effect electric fire and a TV/DVD. The kitchen offers an attractive mix of period features such as the tiled floor alongside an excellent range of contemporary equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge freezer and washing machine. From here an opening to the conservatory dining room makes it easy to serve food as well as allowing guests to sit and chat whilst one of them is cooking. Taking the stairs to the first floor guests will come to the first of two bedrooms a restful double room with co-ordinating pine furniture. The twin bedroom is finished in a similar fashion and is just as attractive as the double room. The bathroom offers not only a sumptuous roll-top bath but also a separate shower cubicle and WC. Outside the garden is a great space in which to enjoy relaxed leisure time. A lawn provides space for children to play whilst the patio with its garden furniture and a BBQ is a pleasant spot to enjoy al fresco dining during the summer months. There is secure parking for two small or one larger car but please be aware that there is a 1.87m height restriction to access this.
