All of the town s shops restaurants and pubs are within strolling distance just a few hundred metres away making it easy to pop out at any time for lunch dinner or just coffee. The picturesque North Norfolk coastline lies just four miles away and offers everything from wide sandy beaches such as those at Holkham Bay and Wells-next-the-Sea to wildlife reserves and scenic seaside walks. This charming cottage has been given a lot of care and attention over the years with new carpet throughout for 2019 to create an attractive holiday retreat which has been simply yet elegantly finished throughout. The lounge for example is a lovely light-filled room with comfortable sofa-seating as well as a cosy wood burner effect electric fire and a TV/DVD. The kitchen offers an attractive mix of period features such as the tiled floor alongside an excellent range of contemporary equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge with freezer compartment washing machine and dishwasher. From here an opening to the conservatory dining room makes it easy to serve food as well as allowing guests to sit and chat whilst one of them is cooking. Taking the stairs to the first floor guests will come to the first of two bedrooms a restful double bedroom with co-ordinating pine furniture. The North Norfolk coastline is a renowned natural space and a beautiful place for walking sailing and golfing. A 4-mile drive north brings visitors to the Norfolk coast and the quiet village beaches of Cley-next-the-Sea Salthouse and Weybourne. The larger sandy beaches at Cromer and Wells-next-the-Sea are both excellent places to enjoy a leisurely day playing on the sand paddling and playing games and are both situated within 12 miles of the property. The first room that guests come to on arrival at this converted coach house is the light and airy kitchen/diner with its large dining table and a good range of equipment including an oven hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. One bedroom a double can also be found on the ground floor next to which there is a stylish and contemporary shower room featuring a walk-in shower and WC. The second double bedroom meanwhile is located on the first-floor a charming room set in the eaves of the property with a quaint romantic feel and beamed ceiling. Please do note that the location of this room and the period nature of the property mean that there is a low sloping ceiling. A separate set of stairs from the ground floor leads to the cosy lounge a characterful room with a TV/DVD and CD player. To the front of the property there is a pleasant courtyard area with a table and chairs making it a nice spot to sit out with drinks. The courtyard also doubles as an off-road parking area. The elegant Georgian town of Holt is located 4.5 miles away and has a real community feel to it here there is an excellent range of shops restaurants and coffee shops ideal for popping out for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Then just 7.5 miles around the coast the bustling town of Cromer is not to be missed offering a splendid sandy beach a traditional end-of-pier show and a plethora of excellent independent eateries.
