Situated in the pleasant village of Little Walsingham under 6 miles from the harbour town of Wells-next-the-Sea and the beach. You can walk to nearby pubs shops and the Wells to Walsingham steam train at the village station. Wells has handy shops and amenities for you to stock up from. Also within short driving distance are some local places of interest such as the nature reserve at Blakeney Point which is home to England s largest seal colony. On arrival at the property you will first encounter the hallway which serves as a conduit to the lounge a WC the kitchen/diner and the stairs to the first floor it also has a book shelf filled with stories to get lost in. The lounge is a light traditional-style room with ceiling beams and a wood burner. With a dual-aspect looking out to the front and side you can enjoy some gorgeous views of the garden. Ample comfortable seating is placed around the wood burner and a TV. The kitchen is helpfully equipped with an oven and hob fridge freezer washing machine and a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a dining table to enjoy your meals at. On the ground floor you ll also find a WC and a storage cupboard. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and they each have access to their own en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom accessed through an ancillary/dressing room is a restful double and its en-suite has a shower and WC. At the other end of the property is a single bedroom and bathroom comprising of bath with hand held shower WC and wash hand basin. Stepping outside you will love the frontal sunny patio. You will also find a bathroom complete with a hand-held shower over the bath and a WC. There is an additional radiator on a thermostat that runs 24 hours as needed on the upstairs landing. Stepping outside the enclosed garden can be accessed via French doors from the kitchen and up a few steps to a small lawn with flower border. There is a corrugated iron shed which is listed and houses garden chairs so you can sit back and unwind. Beyond the lawn is a gravelled area of garden with the original pump.
